Word of advice: don't /slap the Titiana Pixie NPC helpers during a campaign battle, it makes them all immediately warp out of the area. (Yes I know from experience ><)
 
seriously? hmm i wonder if i could use that to force them to run to a zone where they're more needed.
Also. I've been gone from wotg for a a while and wtf is with windy losing our grip on 99% of the campaign npcs. i want my Fafnir lady back!

Not going to happen. If you look at the dats, only Pixies have entries the present day zones. And unless SE does something completely new and add zones in a version update, we won't be seeing any more zones in the past. (Northlands don't count, they've been in the dats since WotG's release date.)
 
I wonder if we can make more than one species come back to life. I'd honestly like to see the peistes running around modern Pash.

^ Sadly, it's never gonna happen.
 
Your quote is about new zones not being added.

It is a much easier task to add new mobs to existing zones. It happens pretty much every event.
