Player lead events and GM participation?

I read some where that If a player wanted to organize an event and that it needed some special stuff done tothe game to make the event work, That the GMS can help out with moving things around of allowing certian actions. Is this true?

Cause i think it would be awsome to get like mabye 2 GMs in Diarama Ghelspha and do like a GM vs linkshell type event The GMs of course would be able to use most of their powers cept for inviciblity and mabye a recast timer on the invisablity

I couls see a couple Dynamis LSs fighting a few GMs and i think it would be incredibly fun..... But my idea could never work with out the GMs help... Anyone know if this is possible?


or mabye like Give the leader of each Diarama team( the VIP ) limited GM powers and be like a Kill the VIP type ballista thing

They should have a monthly ritual slaughtering of all the people to be banned. Line them all up and have GM's 1 shot them and when they die their account gets banned. Do it somewhere where people can come and watch.

This is way too much fun and interesting for them to allow it. They allow things like: Windurst's Baby Chocobo Race, Kiss and Hug in SanDoria, Bastok's fill the Highlands with Roses, and such...

Well now that i have Internet at my new house Im going to make a GM call and ask, because I really think it would be AWESOME.. Just think about it PWNing and being PWNed by GMs whould be hilarious, and it would be a way GMs could have a little more fun at work than dealing with shit caused by dumb people and assholes

Its not only limited to that. Players can send in their suggestions for events that the entire server can participate in, in case they need special items like fireworks etc. So if you wanted to lead a New Year's party in New Year's eve, you could contact a GM to get help with that.
