Player warnings

If you're the RDM in a Colibri party and everyone has Haste, everyone using MP has Refresh, everyone is at full HP, and every colibri is getting Dia 2'd and you -still- have no MP issues, then you should start having your DDs switch out their /NIN support jobs to more DD-oriented support jobs.

If you're still covering all of the aforementioned bases while your DDs are sporting Berserk at every opportunity and full-timing Hasso, then hell, I can't think of a good reason not to get some swings in.

Good luck ever getting to that point, though.

p.s.: Bragging about "Chain 5" stopped being cool some time around 2005.

As Nyosan sais, chain5's are 2005!
Any decent party at 73+ should have no trouble getting chain#12~15 at bird camps.

One of your problems might be solved by blacklisting one person, but now you are known as a gimp player who should be avoided if one wants to have a decent party.
Good luck getting rid of that stigma~

God, I remember how awesome Chain 5 was... back in 2004, when I was on my subjob-less WAR in fucking Valkurm Dunes.

Here's a hint; if you can't make at least chain 20 in a level 74+ party, something is horribly wrong and you should leave as quickly as possible.

If you can't see that something is horribly wrong, then you are probably the root of the problem.
 
Thank you so much for the laugh I just got. I need something to make me laugh today and this did the trick. Surprised Alobont didn't tell me about this already but then again I haven't been on very much lately. I have had plenty of meripos on my RDM and yes it gets really fricking boring after a while of doing nothing besides Refresh Haste Cure rinse and repeat but guess what?! I know its my job. I am sure being BRD in a meripo is just as awful which is just another reason I would never level BRD.

at least on BRD you are pulling. I was able to main heal on SMN before in a meripo.... If the DD are good they can easily go w/o too much curing lol.
 
Oh my! Chain 5! ZOMG! Wow, that's it? At 74 too? Heck, even in a Qufim island pty around lvl 23 I got at least chain 6! Really good bird ptys in East Ronfaure camp can even get you past chain 5 up to 20 or possibly more!

As for the whole gay comment and closeness comment. Hexx is only supporting the right answer and the structure of this game. It has nothing to do with being close to the OP or not. He can hate the OP's guts but will still support him if he's right.

There is some point in your game time where you have to realize and accept that you are wrong and everyone is right. I don't recall seeing one person here that agreed with your points, Nara, so doesn't that tell you you're wrong? You can't always be right against those who have the experience of the game and know how to play this game and those particular jobs for the best exp gain.

It's like going to your boss on your first week of work and telling your boss that what you're doing is right and that you're the best working while the boss is yelling at you that you're doing your job all wrong. Try that and see how far that will take you in life. You'll be out of a job at that moment. I know this game is for fun and people like to play the way they want to play. That's fine and dandy when you're soloing and no one can say anything otherwise, but when you're playing co-operative with other players, it takes team work and the right strategies to get the job done.

Yes, this game is for fun and leisure activities, but also apply these skills now ingame but accepting your wrongdoings and learning a better way to play and listen to other's advice so that way you don't take the wrong skills that you get used to and apply that to the real world and get yourself slaughtered out there.

I'm not even going to get into the right way of playing rdm here because others stated that above, and you need to listen, learn and acknowledge this advice first before you can begin to acknowledge the rest.

If you are invited into a party, and dont ask set up. You accept, replace yourself, or leave the pt. Like someone earlier in this thread stated, "pld tank lol" or something like that, the exact quote is really not necessary. But the point is they did have a pld party. And the pt set up was not optimal. You said your peace, not much else you can do about it. Clearly the rdm wasn't willing to change his mind, and if you see two people from arguing from afar, you can't tell which is the fool.

It was foolish of the rdm to reply the way he did, and it was foolish of the thief to fall into his goading.

on an end note, i will pt with pld's at 75 and merit with them. Its just the way that i role. If i'm joining a pld pt, i expect to take it a little easy and relaxed. If its a uber dd set up, well tbh i just can't keep up with the pulls and such. i'm not that good. So i'll tell them straight up. I guess my point is...have fun stress is a killer.
