PlayOnline change password error?

Earlier today I got the message "Your current PlayOnline ID have logged on from anoher terminal".

Thing is, none of the people who haev access to my account tried logging on. So before I went to bed I decided t ochange my password All good, right?

Now, problem is, that when I tried to login no more then 1 sec later, I get the message "incorrect PlayOnline ID or password". Is this just a glitch as it takes the server a few moments to update the new password, or do I have to go through the long process of actually contacting customer service? ~.~

Also, how long is your account "disabled" from trying to login too many times? <.<;
