Playonline Password

So ok, I have had this problem before and I am wondering if I am alone.

From time to time my password arbitrarily changes every couple of months and I am forced to spend an hour or more on the phone with POL to change it back, sad thing is this time I called on Friday and they put me on hold till their hours were over and its Saturday now. And they don't reopen call centers until 9:00 PDT on Monday.

Is there anyway I can get my password back before Monday? <Please help me out.>

Is there someone who has access to your account that keeps changing your password? To me, that's the bigger question.

It is not possible for your password to change itself or expire. If you are on a PC, Playonline has announced a possible security risk.

I just saw this on their site and laughed my ass off:

"Passwords that are the same as your PlayOnline ID will not be accepted."

Someone would actually do that? Why don't you just make it "password" and post it online.
