PS3 PlayStation Network game releases

So I go the Go and want vagrant story. Since I already have my American Account, how do I go about creating a Europe acct to get Vagrant Story? Is it that simple?

i did that to get the killzone 2 demo...it was on ps3 though, idk how well itll work for psp

I wouldn't worry too much. I imagine we'll be getting it in the next few weeks, probably before the end of January.

I got my PSP Go for Christmas. I'd seen plenty of video, but it seems so much smaller when you hold it in your hands. I've copied my Final Fantasy 8 save file from the old PSP-1000 so I could keep playing.

It's small but when playing, I don't notice a big difference.

Does anyone else have a problem with the "connection to the server timing out" all the time? I've been trying to download FFVIII (4 times, twice getting to 98%) but I get that everytime. Tried it at home, and my business.

I downloaded FFVII just fine.

I was getting that error when I tried to download a game, but I finally downloaded it to the PS3 and then copied it over.

It finally worked.

I can't figure out how to transfer my PSone games from my PS3 over. I thought it was as simple as going to the game hitting "copy" and as long as your PSP was connected through USB mode it would copy. Well apparently I was wrong. So I went to a folder that showed my PSP in the "games" section, but when I went their, it didn't give me an option to copy the game to that folder.

Have you registered the PSP to your PS3 yet? I think the option is under Account Management when you're signed in and connected via USB. It'll activate your account on the PSP. That's when it becomes as simple as hitting "copy."

Yeah it's registered, which is why "PSP-Anglis" pops up in every section of the slider. For some reason it just doesn't copy it. I did see a file that was corrupted when I tried it. Not sure if it's my PSPgo or what.

It's a weak week, but hopefully it'll pick up now that the holidays are behind us.

I'm still working on FF8, so I don't mind the wait.

I'm interested in the Dark Void demo, I'll probably check that out. The new Borderlands DLC came out today too I think. Definitely picking that up.

Teeny-tiny update this week, but we get a surprise demo for Lunar: Silver Star Harmony. I can't wait to try it out. The Sega-CD and PS1 versions are among my favorite RPGs, so I'm hoping this version holds up.

PS3
UNO (demo)

PSP
Luxor: The Wrath of Set ($9.99)
Lunar: Silver Star Harmony (demo)

PSP minis
Dynogems ($2.99)

The pickings seem kinda slim this week, although they're having a sale on a few titles. Critter Crunch is currently $3.49, so I don't have an excuse for not owning it. The big release is the new Vandal Hearts game; I own the original PS1 game but never beat it. I was hoping we'd get Vagrant Story, but instead we get Championship Bass.

Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment ($14.99)
PS1: Championship Bass ($5.99)

PSP

Bought that Trine game and I must say with 3 people it's a lot of fun. I have not tried with 1 or 2 people. Me and a couple friends are doing a playthrough. It's not easy to find a game all of us enjoy.

I am rather curious about that Vandal Hearts game. I remember playing the first one on PS1 and I fucking loved it.

I downloaded the demo from Xbox Live. It wasn't bad, but it felt pretty simplistic compared to other strategy games out there. If I were buying the full version, I'd probably get the PSN one just because the DualShock has a better D-pad. Not sure if it has Remote Play, though.

Vandal Hearts is my favorite game of the genre, nothing has ever come close to it, so I was hoping along the same lines as yourself. With that being said, I think the game is well overpriced and downright awful.

Meh. Another quiet week. There's a demo for Uncharted 2 if you're one of the twelve PS3 owners who didn't buy it.
