Playstation's Serious side Fighting Disease

While not hearing anything about it on Dreamcast, it's not something I'd say didn't happen. It happens with all things that use discs. I'm also sure it wasn't that wide spread enough to cause it to be considered a "downfall". I've experianced this twice in my life. Once on a CD and another time with a Gamecube game.
