PLD food question

When do I start using Tav tacos? I'm using boiled crab right now and not to sure when to make the change. Are there any bridge foods in between the two? Shallops tropicale?

While Tacos won't maximize since you're at 21. I love them for the MP boost since at lower levels keeping hate is really about curing yourself. Then again Shallops Tropicale are probably more cost effective.

I would definately go Schallops Trop until 40.

Actually, make that 50 until you get defender you're not going to need the higher cap from tacos
