I am definately one fo rhelping as most of you know...
But by strange coincidence I was out farming Demons with a friend (Don't ask..) And one of my Friends and LS mates runs by, Slaps me, and carrys on. This is normal. About an hour later. My Partner in crime DC's and I am scannign the area to see if she has logged back into the area. And I saw to my dismay something I never wanted to see:

Avgirl was in the alliance with my friend, as a leader(from an original leader disconnecting), and getting thier Genkai II done...

If you are not familiar with Avgirl.. I will fill you in. Either they are Part of the Nukki/Sonicteam Group, Farming Goobbues, or Mining in Gusgen Mines.

That's right kids. Another Gil Seller is on thier way up in the ranks...

All I ask is this:

Make sure you know who you are inviting into the groups you go out with please. There has already been another post here about somone leveling with Songoku(Korroloka Tunnel Gil Seller.)

And More importantly. Start helping out those you know, and are in need of help. You have linkshells and friends, and you too were once a newb. If you don't help people out, they will end up in these Pick-up parties rittled with Quest Leeches and maybe a Gil Seller or two.

well, i have a story to go along with that...
a while back before the gil farming groups became as popular as they are and before gil selling became a hot topic, i was in eldieme necropolis probably searching for a treasure box or something. i come across a group of about 5 people all of them drg, no with no ls. i didnt do checks on them to look at subs or anything, but i asked them if they wanted help with the obvious of what they were there for....genkei 1. stupid me, i wish i could role back time and have them all killed.

guess svina is the only person that wish more gil sellers are in the server :/

and yes EOEL if you know him asked me to help him with his AF pants a couple of days back. I asked him to fuck off. He's one of the gil sellers from zitah and he ocassionally hunts mee degi in oztroja.

I was talking to one of my friends about the mining gil sellers...he says that they're the only ones who kept the Ore prices stable, it's the regular players that jack up the prices...My only response to this was "Ironic, no?". It seems concievable.

As for helping the gilsellers knowingly, well, I hear Maseki used to or still does do that. I sent him a /tell once that if he knew that they were gilsellers and his response was something along the lines of...

"I don't really care if they are gilsellers, they help the LS out and we help them out"

Well if you are helping gil sellers... in other words u r making FFXi difficult for urself and others.Also instead of stopping gil sellers from going up the ranks, how about those level 100 crafters who power level their crafts.... stop buying gil.There are so many gil sellers obviously there must be a huge number of people buying gil or errr a few people buying huge amounts of gil.So dont buy gil and gil sellers would be gone.I wish i could find out who buys gil so i could post their names on in a seperate topic.I hate gil buyers more than gil sellers.

Do you really know he really is a gilseller, i didnt see enough evidence in the other topic that he really is one.

I leveled much with this guy in the 40-48. The only thing i can say he is not too good in playing his job. He only keeps his spells up to date and pulls, lol.

But if he turns out to be a gilseller he can get me a scorpion harness or so.

He ows me one or two favors.
