Windurst isn't really the best place for beginners to start off anyway. Go to Gustaberg, that place is organized and has tons of monsters. Or go to Ronfaure. Ronfaure's got cool music, and the Orcs drop fire crystals which are worth more gil.

I disagree.

I've leveled in all three places, and saruta has the best drops, not to mention a shot at Spiny Spipi with a signal pearl or two hour once you're in the 7-10 range. I also find it way easier to level mage jobs there, for some reason.

And seriously, let people farm for silk and chips while they're leveling low jobs. Go to buburimu if you want crawlers. Or Maze of Shakhrami. Someplace where you don't disrupt people.
