When I played and leveled a lower job, I tend too avoid mobs that caused nasty attacks like poison. Even after you beat those damn things then you got too worry about that effect unless you have poisona or medicines too combat it.

Its just better off too avoid lizards and crawlers and move on too something else. Thats what I always did.
 
Just realized one of the big problems with Gustaberg leveling... The people that are getting DRK advanced job. They just run in there, kill all the lower level mobs, and no lower level players can kill them. Aside from that, I still say Gustaberg's the best place for leveling.
 
Not everyone does the DRK quest though and anyway you can kill 3-4 mobs in the time it takes them to kill one. That sword swings slow as hell.
 
Ok here's another reason why i wont farm anywhere els.

B/c i farm as a thf/rng

my thf is only 26 and rng is only 9, thats not high enough to effectivly farm for crawlers in the higher lvls, and in the saurtas i can whide scan, and 1 shot each one, which is very usefull.

Im not half as effective on blm farming in the higher areas, and farming up crawlers doesnt rankin the huge amounts of money anyway, its just the only one im used to doing

So im sry but its what im going to farm, dont like it, dont lvl off crawlers, go kill some birds or gobs or something

oh and besides, dont you have bigger things to worry about then you losing one low lvl spot to exp off of when you arnt really even losing it at all?

cmon this is the most trivial problem iv ever heard
