Please I really need help

I'm glad you're doing something to help yourself Kelyon. I hope everything will be ok with you and your family. Good luck.

You know where to find me if you ever just need to vent. Just remember everyone here who is willing to help and support you through all the tough times. We love you! :) <3

You did the right thing by asking for help. That's always the best first step, and keeping things bottled up only makes problems worse. I hope therapy does the trick, and I second what's already been said here about drugs. They are a temporary fix, and not a permanent solution.

Thanks for the help and input guys. I have already made 2 appointments with my therapist and i told my doctor team and they are taking a look at my medications also for my Bi-Polarism.

A LOT of medicine is over prescribed Kelyon, and they could be causing you to feel how you are, especially if they keep changing it. Don't lose hope, because you WILL feel better, whether it be through therapy, medication, or time. I know what it's like, I've been there, and so have a lot of people. When you talk to your therapist, be open, spill your guts and don't hold back. If you hold back, they can't help you as well as you might need, don't be afraid.

Don't be afraid to come to me either, I'm always around to talk and I'll drop anything for you.

One positive note on the medication issue is that many of the meds used to treat bipolar disorder aren't nearly as "heavy" as they used to be. Lithium used to be the hardcore bipolar drug back in the day but is now being pushed to the side for drugs with less side affects such as Lamictal, Zyprexa, etc etc. Bipolar disorder is and always will be tough to "overcome" without the meds, even with heavy therapy due to the nature of the disorder and the uncontrollable mania and depression. But, on the bright side like I said many of these newer drugs they are coming out with for this do not cause the zombie like states like the old ones have. It's still a trial and error thing to figure out which one works best for you though, what works for one person may not cause the same response in everyone. So if you aren't happy with the meds or are having any odd side effects (weight gain is common with this family of drugs) deffinitely request to try another until you find which works best for you. Not trying to sound like this is the only way out (taking meds for this), but like I said earlier with depression alone or anxiety therapy can do wonders for, and while therapy can help with the depressed moods of bipolar disorder it can't stop the uncontrollable mood swings due to this being an actual physical problem within the brain. So just try to keep your chin up and know that with the help you are getting this will eventually become manageable even if it takes a few attempts on different meds and many if not regular trips to a therapist; and don't ever get down on yourself during your road to recovery. This disorder strikes millions every year who never did a thing to deserve it or cause it. Best of luck to you in your recovery!

The fact that you want help in the first place is a step in the right direction. My girlfriend used to cut before we got together and I was the one who got her to stop. You have to WANT to stop, and you do, so just keep at it and you'll beat this.

I hope you can get yourself in the right place Kel.

Learn to trick. And come with me as we take over the sky!
