This is me annoyed:

I am a full-fledged grammar NAZI. Everyone should at least make an attempt to use proper spelling and grammar while on message boards. I'm sick of people talking like they're on AIM, guess what, you're not! I'm not talking about the occasional typo, or the ridicule of the way some people talk, but the stupidity that exists.

People do this in real life, but it doesn't show up unless you write. Now I wish people would say what they write out loud to themselves. "Definately." Do you pronounce it def-in-ate-ly? I posed this question to one of my fellow grammar nazis and her response was: "No, they pronounce it I'm-fucking-stupid." Seriously.

Also, the misplaced apostrophe drives me crazy. I need some pen's. NO. Apostrophe is used to indicate possession or a contraction, not to pluralize things. My God, how do these people pass elementary school?

Your nonsense burns my eyes. I don't know why this annoys me, maybe because I use it as an indication of intelligence, maybe I see the degradation of the English language as a problem, maybe it's just a pet peeve. Whatever. STOP IT!

This is no longer me annoyed. :)

And so strikes the most re-occuring topic on the flameboard....AGAIN!

I'm sorry Songi. Please don't beat me!!!! I'm tryin' . Been a long time since I've been in school.

The one that I hate the worst is "wut". And you see it so often.

Always makes me want to break into the Samuel Jackson line in Pulp Fiction about "what".

It's write WELL damnit!

I also hate wut. I mean really, you save one letter?

Kat, your grammar isn't bad at all.

I think what sent me over the edge in this topic is Roofie...WSM was bad enough but Roofie's contributions are just rediculous.
