Plymouth Neon PCV repair-price check

Friend will hook me up with his car if I don't mind getting this fixed but we're not sure how much it would be.

Anyone have any ideas how much it is to replace the tube,valve, or w/e else may be apart or maybe just the whole damn system??

not sure if it's the valve or the tube just curious how much it would had been to rep the entire PCV system if needed. I'm an auto-newb

I work at a dealership (GM, either way but...) I've never seen anyone ever replace anything other then the hose and the valve. Just looked one up for a saturn and they run 8$ each for the hose and valve.
