POL-1160

I've been trying to get my goddamn update for the past 13.5 hours so please take me seriously when I say that Square Enix needs to get it's shit together and RIGHT GODDAMN NOW!!!!!!!!!

It's around 9AM in JPN right now so yes, it'll be even more trouble trying to get the update all day.
 
1 question ...atm i only have 400 files left to d/l if i turn off my computer and try to start the update tomorow will i have to d/l the whole update over again or will the same files d/led previously still be d/led?
 
If you're in the final stage, it saves it as it downloads. So say you start at 1000/1000 and get to 750/1000 then dc. You'll start that stage at 750/750 (that's how it works for me anyway on PS2).
 
Yes im aware of that but my question is what 3if i turn my PC off < .> ive never had an update that lasted more than 1hr lol this one is 2 ; ;
 
This update uberly sucks, I've been trying since 11:30 this morning, it's now almost 9pm. What sucks even more, tomorrow morning I'm leaving to go on Vacation(Not much of a vacation when I'm already away from home, and miserable) for 10 days, all I wanted to do was play some damn FFXI X_X;

This is very strange, i got all the download done, but when i start up and about to log in the thing kick me out of Play Online Viewer completely. So i have to log back in and start again, but then it the same thing happen again.
 
Have you seen how badly it effects their damage? I'm still getting POL-1160 either when I just try to get onto POL or try and hit the play to update... FU SE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Fuck you SE. It is now 19.5 hours after the update and I can't get the download to start. Dumb.
 
It's not the effect on damage (as far as I can tell there is none) it's accuracy and range that has changed.
 
I read something about a "DDoS" attack or something... perhaps that's the problem?
