This happened to Bry a couple weeks ago. POL didn't crash on him, but he booted up the laptop, then POL and none of our accounts he had stored were in there.

You should scan your computer for viruses. I remember some time ago, the viruses removed the saved account info, making it so that people had to re-enter their POL-ID and password.

It can be a total natural occurrence as well, but its better to be safe than sorry, right?

Mine used to do that about once a month, randomly. It stopped at some point, but I don't remember if that was after a reinstall from wiping my HD or just randomly stopped <.<

Actually that happen to me alot when i'm dual boxing...

For some reason, sometime you log off both your character uncorrectly it somehow corrupted the file in your POL

You basicly have no choice but to reinstall POL

in my situation, i have a welcome to pol thingy, and tell me do you want to register or already have an account option menu, when i retype everything in, POL reloaded and still back in the creating account menu (is like you didn't even do anything at all). I uninstalled, redo pol updated, it go back to that main menu, retype everything, but this time POL saved my info and such.

Whatever option you enable or disable in POL (ex: auto dc in 10min-off option, Chat filters) will be back to default.

Is not a virus thing i had it sometime, and is really annoying lol

edit: But virus scan it just to be save. This is just what had occured to me, i don't know are you in a same problem as mine
