i phone up #POL to stop my Na account as i got my window on PC now woo the guy is french i tell him my code LBCD0422 and he asks for first letter again i go L he goes give me a word that starts with it i go Luke (as thats my name) and he goes Z, he then tells me he is french whats fair they are allowed phones i guess :P i tell him the code in FRENCH he goes err i can not do anything, at this point i am pissed off on my mobile charging me £1 a min or some crap and now i got to phone the USA on my mobile and i hope not going to have this problem (o on my mobile as i do not use house phones)
 
yeah but i spoke his first language to and he did not do jack about it
 
lol i do, just can not write words down well but i speak right, but any way if my phone number is english put me onto the UK phone lines not the fecking french
 
Sad to say, you're just experiencing the make-shift workers of Square-Enix in Europe. Also, do not put any of your account information into public hands. The eight digit alpha-numeric code for logging in should be for your eyes only, and SE's as well. You've given a person half of what they need to get in your account, now they just need your password. How hard is that? Doubtful that it's too hard to figure out.
 
They should at least have an option when you dial - For service in english, press 1, for service in french, press 2, etc. So that it'll dial the right languague spoken representive to help you out a lot better.

At least most services allow those options, but perhaps Europe is different.
 
yeah hit 2 for hints and cheats or wait to talk to some one o and my account does not matter nothing on it and CC whats code on it expired on april 30 2005
 
Blazn they wont do anything about your EU account with the NA support.

POL Teams of service is right about one thing... Never give out your details (e.g. on a public forum), even if it is just your account name! >_< Be careful!

you got it wrong way around
edit trying to talk to staff for na people on the na chat site and this is what ig ot for last 22 mins and i called the second they opened

Blazn i've been in touch with them before. They can't do anything about EU accounts. Trust me. The amount of times they've told me that.

Why the fuck are you wanting to talk to them about your NA account? I thought you deleted it.
 
Got my EU account now lost my NA still got my JP and i said some stuff to the french guy what pissed him off lmao but all ends happy now

yeah thanks ^.^ just waiting for mate to get me a GWP then i am back up my TAUO comes in a few days got cop and zilart codes entered and made 6 contedents IDs
 
The irony of this post is hilariuse. I understand that English is Blazn's second language and he is as good at it as I am in Spanish. But still this is funny as hell.

its funnier as i can speak betetr french then english and the guy i talked to got lost on a pc working out the account tools and now they are gone or something and i got to wait till tomorw to cancle account
