Adjustments and additions to fellows have been scheduled for the next version update. Here is a preview of some of the items currently under development.

- A new limit break quest will be added, making it possible to increase your adventuring fellow's level cap to 70. There are currently no plans to increase the level cap to 75. However, the possibility will be considered should the need arise.

- Extra fellow personalities will be added.

- It will become possible to summon fellows in certain areas of past Vana'diel. Please note, though, that fellows cannot be summoned while marked with an Allied Tag.

in before "but what about job adjustments for PLAYERS".

neat. more NPC stuff I'll never use.

Sweet. My NPC has been feeling neglected. Can't wait to level him to 70.

It just said past Vana'Diel but not ToAU? That wouldn't make sense if we can summon them in WoTG before we could summon them in ToAU.

I'm glad they're increasing the cap though, my NPC has been stuck at lvl 65 for about a year now :/ I used to always use it before that, then afterwards I barely used her.

The update everyone was waiting for...or not.

Honestly i dont think they are gonna let us take NPCs to ToAU jsut becasue of the type of mobs there.

the mobs there are weaker and there, a 75 and a lv 70 could prettty much kill ALOT of stuff a 75 couldnt do solo which i dont think SE wants

not to mention a 75 and a NPC couls seriously screw up chains at exp parties

What would it matter? What can't a level 75 kill in ToAU areas? Excluding Flayers, which a 75 and a 70 piss-poor A.I. controlled character wouldn't fare any batter against in the first place.

Granted, not all jobs can solo the same mob types, but virtually everything is soloable by something there.

YAY! I love my NPC! I'm glad that I will use my lil taru friend once again!

I hope they have a whole new quest story line for him someday too. I loved the Mirror quest with him :)

More chance to solo (duo?) stuff for exp.
Yippie.

Sweet, its buffalo killing time again. My npc's been at the cap for 65 since forever (so it feels like)

I think mine got a level. Or something. I keep forgetting about him

One day I should actually unlock my NPC companion.

Even though I would like better stuff, but anything from SE is like giving starving 3rd world countires a million dollars it seems lately.

But otherwise, all I gotta say is WOOT!

Finally a reason to play with it again, not to mention new personalities.. maybe that means SMARTER npcs that use less garbo magic spells or ONLY use their final WS.

Again SE has found a way to kep me playing for another 2 months.
