Idaho itself is more confusing than time zones in general (mainly because it's in two). You didn't specify whether you were in northern Idaho (Pacific time) or southern Idaho (Mountain time), but...

Northern Idaho/PDT: Use SE's PDT times.
Southern Idaho/MDT: Add 1 to SE's PDT times.

(It's really not all that hard to figure out, especially when it's only an hour difference for you.)
