POL NEWS: File Size for Mar. 7 Update

I'm a tad confused.
Originally they stated their update for content would start at 9am/PST, and conclude at 16:00 (4pm/PST).

Does this mean they have yet something extra to implement at 16:00,
or is this an expected calculation of the download once the initial upload is complete??

I thought it would be done by 16:00, or sooner; depending how things go.

You'll probably be able to download the update before 16:00, but the server maint won't end until 16:00.

reguardless of "when" you can DL it, its still gonna take a long time. :P
