The DE/JP version says that the numbers must fit, as then the last digits must be last four numbers of the attractive number, and as on. The English version POL announcement is correct in this.

Likely, to avoid possibility of corruption, rather than coming up with a number in advance (which might then be leaked or otherwise discovered), they'll just have it be randomly computer generated at the end.

Or they'll use that month to figure out the numbers they can use for least rank1 winners =P
 
Or they'll hand pick the numbers based on which combination will statistically help the Japanese more than the American pigdogs.
 
you guys know Parnthelegend and Precise are going to win, oh and Brokenchain.. I can't think of anyone else who is as good as them... oh and anyone who is only 75 pup. Thats who will win the 100mil.

You know I think the funniest thing is that they put the Kraken Club in tier 1 with all those rare abj and 100 mil. Honestly did they think someone would take a buyable item like the K club over the 100 mil. I can see maybe tier 2, but tier 1?
 
Was on ffah.com page yesterday, it had a poll as to what people would take if they won the lottery. 100 Mil was in first place followed by Kraken club the second highest and leading the others by quite a margin. If that's true, either people are clueless or the kraken has to be worth a lot more on other servers. Also Hauteclaire beat out 10 mil which leads me to believe there are too many PLDs seeking with nothing better to do than surf that site... >.>

If I was a PLD I'd chose Hauteclaire too. 10mil don't last you too long even in today's economy, unless you already have absolutely everything you want. In which case gil shouldn't be a problem anyway.

edit: That is have everything you want that costs gil.

Hauteclaire is in the 1M category. I'd take it over anything in that category including the gil handsdown. Velocious belt is in the 10M category.
 
If you think you actually have a chance at winning this I feel sorry for your false sense of hope. The only people walking away with 100m on this day will RMT. No one wants to hear this but deep down you know its true, SE loves giving RMT free money.
