As long as he's having fun, I don't see where it matters how much gil he spends. Plus, if he does it right, he should be able to guarantee himself a couple of prizes.

I bought 10 marbles ending with the numbers 0-9 so I can at least have a chance of winning the rank 5 prize.

If I happen to will the 100 million, i'm doing it up like Joker from Batman 1. I'll have balloons(filled with poison gas, but keep that on the DL) I'll have people shooting off fireworks and I'll get someone to type out the lyrics to "Trust" from Prince.
