POL NEWS : New Items Galore! (12/13/2006) AF3 ???

Solo Limbus as nin I go at 60/60 as nin for Temenos North, and would bring more Hi-potions if I had more space. Tools + Gear + linkshell + food takes up more than 50 slots.

As blm I have about 11-12 slots free for juices when I solo limbus, which isn't always enough.

I'd say the left is WAR/PLD/DRK the middle is NIN/SAM possibly monk also, and the right is for mages.

Kind of a funny discussion though parallel to the whole windower argument. People saying windower macros alright cause you don't have enough slots to get a huge gear swap advantage - and then people saying more inventory not needed because 60 slots is enough for every single state you could want for every single slot.

I hit two macros for almost every spell I cast as blm, and hit 4 macros to ws then swap gear back as nin, I don't need windower macros to use 60 pieces of gear.

Works for BLM sort of cause the spells give you enough time to swap once you've started casting, except for stun drain and aspir.. but doesn't really work for RDM I'm finding now.

(and actually I do run into limitations with 2 macros per spell sometimes)

My BLM has space problems with the 60 slots... set for resting... set for full mp, set for nuking, set for dark, set for enfeebling, set for elemental... I can't get some dark magic pieces that I'd like to wear and I can't carry my elemental around unless I'm going to be doing endgame, which I haven't in a while - in which case I can't carry my enfeebling. All the others jobs I can manage, but I assume when I level my RDM further up I'll run into the same issues.

But yeah none of these gears are for BLM or RDM obviously.. I was more talkin about space in general than just inventory.

That means, if it's not a beastman seal, kindred seal, ancient beastcoin, or piece of AF2, I pretty much toss it. And if I'm farming, I end up leaving gear in my moghouse or doing it with another job.

I think that they're going to introduce 3 new sets of armor (like a previous poster mentioned).
1. AF2 for PUP, COR, and BLU (in conjunction with a dynamis/limbus-type area in Aht Urgan).
2. New line of abjuration gear that is purified at the Walahra Temple instead of San d'Oria (in conjunction with a sky/sea-type area in Aht Urgan, possibly another place to get abjurations that were previously HNM only).
3. Level 70-73 JSE for the jobs that didn't previously get any like MNK and RNG.

well in theory it would help spread out ls target area so there not 4-6 ls at fafnir, but we all know that wont happen because the spawn will be spaced out and ls will just hope from 1 hnm to anouther, like they do now.

Except it wouldn't be THOSE abjurations, due to the topic. People asked for alternate options for the originals. They put in KS99s. They failed to give what was demanded. It would be fresh new ones, considering people are talking about new armor shown when "Abjuration" has been mentioned in this thread. You're such an idiot.

The only thing that would "Spread out" a LS is if theres a equal demand for any new abjurations compared to the old ones, and if the spawn windows for HNM A and a Land King were overlapping. But that happens now anyway whenever Fafhogg is ontop of Behemoth and/or Adamantoise.

reread Celvantes post notice the last sentence, he was talking about the old ones as well. I assume you was commenting on that. Even now when they overlap the larger ls divide there member between 2-3 of the camps.
