Yeah, I got it too.

The gil sellers all have multiple accounts since they quintuple-box FFXI so they can camp multiple things at once, and SE has found that over time the number of accounts per individual that they are banning has gone up. So, instead of one banned account belonging to one person, maybe 5 banned accounts belong to the same person. It really has no bearing on their decision of who to ban, it's just a trend that they have noticed; that the people who get banned for cheating tend to have multiple accounts they cheat with.

Generally line graphs are Y-axis is volume/amount, while X-axis is time. Must have thought people were more familiar with graphs.

X can also mean alot depning on the thing the graph is based on
Y is usally amount in anything
and you forgot Z but thats only for when doing cross ref
