Yup, but that isn't the issue some had. People are pissed they took their meal ticket away from them.
 
If it turns into ex the idea is RMT will not farm that item and then be possable for more people to get there hands onto that item. When emp pin turned ex the RMT stopped camping it and now its easier to get.
Also you say PCC but its easy for a PCC now, no waiting 16hrs and be beat in a claim. Lv THF 15-18 then delv back to 15 and do that 3 times roughly and you got your 40 seals... or lv bst lol

I think this is a good move by SE and a giant step in the right direction. I was extremely happy when they made pcc, leaping boots and emporer Hairpin drop from BCNMs. It had a major effect on our economy, and so will this.

tbh, I really hate how much our economy have gone down... I've probably lost over 30 mil due to gear that have decreased in price =/

You are and weren't alone. Countless people in the seller's market complain about the decrease in profits. Consumers on a constant buyers market, however, enjoy the deflation.

E.Pin used to be 700k in the camp4gil days. PCC and boots are about the same though.
