No. PCC is much cheaper, but boots and pin are more expensive or relatively the same. Boots were about 500k, pin was about 700k to 1mil and PCC was 25 mil. The PCC is also a far more common drop now even with the terrible drop rates from the BC so it's not a surprise that the price has dropped. Not to mention the prices are cheaper than they have ever been in 2 years so that's neglecting inflation/deflation.

On line graphs, especially business, all represent time in years on the X axis.
Y most of the time will represent profits, or refers to the title of the graph itself. ex: "The growth of RMT over the years" ...self explanitory what X and Y are.
