POL phone support giving busy tone ¬¬

So my brother the genius has forgotten his POL password and can't log on, I am waitin for some help in the chat as well been waiting a good 20 mins. i keep trying to call phone support but it keeps giving me the busy tone ¬¬ ; ;

I need help lol this is getting annoying
 
Seems like quite a few people got hacked recently, so you may be experiencing the busy signal for a while. Did you try the online tech support?
 
PoL service usually takes forever so I do both the online and phone support at the same time and use whichever I get first.

And longer hours.

They're open noon - 9 EST. I know that if I don't call the second they open (while I'm at work) I'm never getting through. I called last week and over the span of three different days spent over 2 hours on hold.

I can't remember my password either. It's saved but I want to change it. I got that damn busy signal EVERY time I called today. Too bad just about everything is blocked at my work so I can't use the online support. D:
 
It's stupid how they don't offer 24/7 support. I mean people do get hacked outside of their support hours...
 
So, I couldn't get through to them, but check this one....my brothers password seemed to work ¬¬...

After about an hour and a half of waiting in chat, and dialing constantly viewer decided it would connect, I was happy but still pissed at the whole ordeal as "A member will be with you shortly" how short is shortly ¬¬

Also, his account wasn't hacked....POL was being a douche XD
