POL unable to connect

I keep getting POL-0011 error when trying to sign in, saying it can't connect to the network. But every other network thing I have is running fine, and I haven't changed any settings in the last while that I know of, other than downloading the XIV beta.

I was getting this error all day. I was only able to log on like 20 mins ago. MSN and a few other sites wouldn't work for me aswell.
