Ive been having a problm with my POL viewer, everytime i try to load it

up my computer screen freezes and i have to restart my computer i've

tried re-installing and it hasn't solved it and ive done a virus scan and

nothing turned up can anyone help me?

think the update may be the problem, however this only happens when i use the FFXI shortcut instead of the normal POL thingy.
 
That could be true i use the Shortcut to get on, and no i havent checked for spyware but i'll try ^ ^
and ya i guess im back >.>
 
Well nothing has worked no idea how to fix this problem true i found about 110 spyware in my computer but i destroyed all of them but the viewer still freezes guess ill just deal with it
