Police Say This Is a Ghost Car-It just disapeared on camera and made the News Papers

They do this in most of the 'worlds blankiest blank: caught on tape' shows whereas car chases are concerned, who wants to sit through 20 mins of chase? crash the fucking car already! kinda thing.

To court TVs credit at least they didn't ham up the sound effects like fox does on EVERY special they do of the same kind of material.

Well I know, but it happened when the guy claimed the car got some supernatural boost of speed or whatever...just made me suspicious >.>

116 in that POS is something ... not alot, not quite supernatural .. but something.

okay, a real answer, lol. The car doesnt vanish, doesnt do anything... He drives through the fence. Those chain-linked fences are only attached to the ground at the poles, and you can see theres quite a bit of distance between the poles, and also its high enough for the car to go under. The fence just bent up as the car passed under it. The fence is pretty flexible and can do somethin like that.

Metal doesn't rebound to it's normal shape after something like that nor would the poles still be mostly erect. The simplest answer is the one provided by deci.

No, the simplest answer is its a ghost car.
And Ruffy, that would do too much damage to the fence, it would be atleast bent over that close to the hole.

On the Youtube link read Lutris's and Gavingoo's posts below, pretty much sums it up.

well its also been shown that because of the lighting on that side of the fence when the cop comes to a full stop seems to be the only part people pay attention to, its just black since no light hits it at that point, looking like no fence is there.
but if you watch when the cop turns and his lights come acrossed it, there is a solid fence there.
This video also appeared on television after their investigation of the matter, something im sure they would have noticed or at least could have theorized instead of just saying its a ghost car in their conclusion.
