Your as bad as the other troll Garvin except I think I'd rather be called a fucking moron then a Peregrine wannabe. It's less of an insult.
How about both?
You seem to be having trouble wrapping your head around the fact that I've already contributed more to this topic than you have, and probably will.

I'm gonna make the most advanced bot known to mankind. Giving you 100% claim rate on the HNM's and NM's of your choice.

What it do, is allowing you to time travel.

So then you could simply travel to the point the HNM spawn, and stop time, thus allowing you to claim it unchallanged. You could also travel to the point of it's deaths to see what he dropped in order to decide if it's worth camping him or not. Thus giving you more free time!

And since you're the one that claims, and it doesn't work with the game in any way since it bends time and space, thus stopping time in the entire universe and not the game, it's not against the ToS. So then it must be allowed, right?

It's the perfect evil mastermind plan! Now to build (read: kidnap a scientist + engineer) a machine that bends time and space =/

Your arguement was the other decks in the sleeve somehow affect the current odds of the deck you were playing with at the table.

You're argument was you can't count cards if you can't see them.

Don't be a fucking liar. I thought you were better then that.

I am and i didn't. Your comprehension on the matter has found to be lacking in the utmost, that you fail to continue to understand does not surprise anyone here in the slightest.

Illegal never escaped my lips. You fail again, good luck finding the quote. For some reason I can find quotes all day long of your ignorance.

But cheating did, that was the crux of your example. Which failed.

You trying to save face is just sad considering you got served like the cat in my avatar.

Who gives a shit about saving face on a internet msg board?

You?

Like i said .. forgotten in a week.

Out of context, but if you want to take that quote verbatum and not relevant to the discussion then, ya, you can't count what you can't see. I'll agree with that.

So you admit I never said illegal. Then why did you say I did to begin with? Your a pathetic person when you have to make up shit to win an arguement.

You do clearly, so stop replying if you don't care. You lose, move on to something a little more in your league.

Out of context my ass. You said you couldn't count anything but blackjack and got played the fucking fool. Own up to it, no shame in it. You called counting cheating; it's not. Your example failed and now your panties are as twisted as i've ever seen in my time here. Way to raise the bitch and moan bar over a blatantly obvious mistake.

So you admit I never said illegal. Then why did you say I did to begin with? Your a pathetic person when you have to make up shit to win an arguement.

What i said is; it is neither cheating nor is it illegal. I never implied you said it was illegal. Moreso it was a reference to the quote i put up about the legality of card counting. Fragile ego much? Get a tampon or a helmet, your call.

You do clearly, so stop replying if you don't care. You lose, move on to something a little more in your league.

From the looks of it you got this one all wrong, bud. Hate that shit for ya, really i do. Sometimes you eat the bar ... blah blah blah you sucked out loud in this thread. There'll be others.

I like last words.

'Zomg stop replying if you don't care'

lol, rich. You assholes came to me.

And you'll keep coming back.

I'd make a bet on it but the last time i bet on a sure thing around here they wrote a rule about it.

Well which one is it? Your new name is John Kerry cause I never seen anyone flip-flop more in my life. Maybe you should be a politician. All talk and nothing to say.

nor is it illegal, as tom's example boasted.

Another lie. It's official your also a liar.

The more you type the deeper you sink. At this point it is just too easy.

You tell me, dumbass. You made both statemants and both were found to be incorrect. You want to start renaming folks in the image of politicians you might start with a mirror. Not only were you incorrect, when presented with the facts you danced around like a little bitch and worked another angle, which also didn't pan out so well for you.

After further consideration please do explain how cheating at a card game of any kind in a professional gambling setting (i.e. a casino) is not illegal. As my quote mentioned if they catch you counting cards they toss you for trespassing. Whereas if you have a device on you for counting or you're hiding cards on you that's cheating and you get jailtime or at the very least charges and hefty fines as well as being blackballed by the casinos.

Simply another testiment of exactly how ignorant you choose to remain of your own accord.

Lrn2read. k?

Another lie. It's official your also a liar.

The context and your comprehension of it aren't my problem. I didn't lie at all. You did boast that it was cheating, which it isn't. I showed how it was neither cheating nor illegal in one quote. So i named both point i made on the negative moral aspect in one sentence. You cry more than Uzor.

The more you type the deeper you sink. At this point it is just too easy.

I'm not the one elbow deep in bullshit and keeping up an argument simply because i couldn't be bothered to fact-check. The latter part of this quote is dead on. It is too easy.

If you want to have a couple rounds of using quotes against each other i can do that but i warn you it won't pan out very well for you at all if your aim is to make some kind of logical point. Uzor was 10x the challenge you could possibly hope to pose on this argument and that's really not saying a whole lot.

I knew you'd be back, just can't let anyone but you have the last word.

So you want me to tell you how it is not considered illegal yet your saying its not illegal?

LMAO! You're out of control Flip-flop Kerry. You're my bitch on this topic. Please continue to fail... I can't stop laughing at you.

Jesus i just might grab you that reader rabbit for late christmas.

I showed how it's not cheating nor is it illegal. Were it cheating it would be illegal.

You claimed it was cheating. Money-where-your-mouth-is time.

The question, tom, was if you could be so kind as to provide to me some kind of explanation how it's cheating (as you claimed) but isn't considered illegal (which you never said) whereas other forms of cheating are considered illegal with regards to the games in question.

In short; how can it be cheating if it's legal?

I can't really ask the question in smaller words than that. It's not in me, ask an adult if there's words in there you don't understand.

If you can manage to refute the quote i provided you i'm all ears. I'm sure the casino's in atlantic city would love to hear your rationale as well. Might save em a few bucks.

I'll save you some time seeing as how what i'm asking you to do is nigh possible. Just stop, the conversation's over. The contributions to the thread on either side of the argument have been made ad nausea. You didn't make the list. So sorry.

Sadly i must admit as for my comment earlier about Uzor doing the argument no justice by how he makes it you and hellstorm trump him entirely. By comparison he's a goddamn genius. My appologies Uzor, apparently there are far worse examples than you. I was mistaken.

That you continue to bother with this after anyone with about 5 seconds to read any one of the links provided as well as the quote i pulled from said links knows you're a fool posturing out of self-inflicted ignorance is simply just sad. No better word suits you at this point.

I'm a bigger man than to bother emasculating you further. You do well enough alone. The last word is yours for the taking.

I'm going to be honest and say I really don't think you're so stupid that you don't know the difference. You can't be, no one is. You've gotten to the point of lying and flip-floping in a desperate attempt to save face. This has gotten so boring that if that wasn't your last post then scouts honor this will be mine on this subject.

If you want to have the last say after this by all means. But it's like schooling a quadriplegic in basketball. It gets old winning so much and I'm bored. So for you only RoM let me explain, as simply as I can, the difference.

Not all forms of cheating are illegal. There are different types of cheating. The dictionary listing you cut and pasted had eleven. Your breaking a rule is not a law. The context of the word illegal was brought up in terms of the law, not violating rules (ie an illegal forward pass in football). If you try to say it wasn't in terms of the law, you'll only be lying once again because you yourself admit it's not illegal and you know your violating ToS.

This is a moral type of cheating. The example I've used SEVERAL times like cheating on your wife. It's not illegal (a crime) to do that either. How about lying? You lying about me saying card counting was illegal was not illegal in itself, though totally immoral. If you lied about it under oath in a court of law then it would be perjury which is illegal.

It would however be considered illegal to cheat in the game by say trying to hack into the servers in SE to alter information. In this case obviously the illegality would be in the computer hacking which was the method of cheating that was chosen instead of parsing which is what you chose to do.

You knew all this already. Your looking for a way out of this ass beating, just take it and go. I do look forward to kicking your ass again in future topics but for now you have two choices:

1) Bow out gracefully

2) Lie again or try to double talk yourself and others into thinking you were actually right about an issue you were dead wrong on.

Good Day Sir.

Everything else is irrelevant. Like i said i'm above making an example of you.

Fact: You were speaking to card counting not all forms. You made an example out of card counting because you thought it was cheating. It isn't.

Fact: We've been done with the parser for a minute. You weren't even a contender.

Pot/Kettle. Stop dancing. If you've got something to say get to it.

Last word be damned, your post is a delusional cop out.
