I get a invite today, for a CN party. PT setup, war/nin, 2x smn/whm, blu, rdm and a nin/cor....

Yep, thats right. a 37NIN/COR, Precise was the name.

He said he could go change to war sub if we would wait longer, but the brave taru WAR/NIN said, ok I'll tank instead, since the NIN/COR didnt have Utsu:NI either, and his excuse? "500,000 gil No Thanks".

Anyway, we reach chain 1, the lose the chain and get a 3rd kill and then decide it was time for a MP rest. Ok sure.. The War then decides to do a d/c, fake or not I dont know, but a damn good choice of him, cause this PT seriusly wasnt doing too good.

The BLU then get hold on 2 reps, since he gonna disband too.
While we are waiting for the 2 reps, me and the other SMN decide to go duo a Bee. While doing that, we move away from bee and closer to PT to resummon. Right when we are next to them, the NIN/COR decides to 2hr, while still in pt, almost MPKing everyone, since some were resting.

All he does, is laugh and say "interesting"...

So think twice about inviting this dude to your PT. Might end up losing XP instead.
 
Expense or not, I can't imagine not *wanting* utsu ni as soon as it's available. NIN is just so miserable until you get it.
 
I'm sure Precise was the same fucking red mage who I once had the misfortune to die several times with, due to the fact the fucker never had mp because he never healed for mp, BECAUSE HE WAS TOO BUSY MELEEING!!!

That was at mid 60s in TOA zone via some sort of Colibri.

Virtually every member of the party told him to stop melee, but his reply was that he was skilling sword. Avoid this fucker like Herpes.

Story time!

Me and Angeloxi were BCNM'ing for PCC, and needed a third member... Precise, since he was in our LS, decided he would like to come too! Was okay with us. He was a relatively new member, and if we dont give him fresh blood, who will? We were confident anyway, didnt lose at all. (NIN, NIN, RDM)

So, we all get to the BC.. Guess who doesnt have an orb! Precise. He says he'll join anyway, but we lay down some rules. Rules are, unless some BIG MONEY items (I.E. PCC or Multiple Ni scrolls) drop, then it will all be SPLIT. Out of the two runs, we got a Ni scroll... Which Precise proceeded to bitch a moan about, and trying to lot it. (yay QM) After I had it in my inventory, he started to whine about it not being fair that we didnt give him the Ni scroll (?????????.) This went on for about 10 minutes, as we tried to explain to him that it was supposed to be split, because it was the ONLY money drop. He was soon removed from the LS, and then he called a GM on us. (lol.) After that, we decided to not give him ANYTHING, and give the Ni scroll to a buddy of ours instead. (dear Carste.)

Let it be known this was the first time he 'ninja lotted' but the second time he bitched a moaned about not getting a Ni scroll. Other time was with him Airou and myself fighting the Princess Jellies I think it was... Again, didnt bring his orb. Yes, both times he was REMINDED to bring his orb.

Its a little funny how these events are tied to your own, lol
 
Damn, thats pretty shitty man, I'm sorry you had to go through that.

Someone should have caught that fools subjob before he got out there, not saying anyone but that idjit is to blame, but damn. That taru was brave though, for trying to tank. And that Nin/Cor, is a tool. I'll be sure to remember him.
 
I saw a nin/cor a few weeks ago in Garlaige Citadel. They were in the party next to mine so I am not 100% sure on what roll they were using, but I believe it was corsair's roll. Using that roll as a sub would give you 1/4 the exp bonus it does as cor main (penalty for sub, and no cor in party), and its not that much to begin with.

/cor is quite possibly the most useless subjob in the game for just about every job.

If anyone can think of a situation where it'd be more useful than something else, for any job, I'd be interested in hearing it.
 
A NIN/COR should tell you alot about the person
 
PUP/COR in an LS event with The Flock using one of the pet rolls?...
 
esit:i guess bst/cor also would work...
 
/brd would be a better sub than /cor would be, since its more consistent and predicatable, and you could overwrite your songs
 
Only reason I was bringing that up is cause as far as i know brd has no pet att +, pet acc+ and pet magic att+. However i could be wrong as my brd is lvl 9 >.>
