Yea, there are a lot of joke ads here. There was one where someone posted an ad saying that the tenant would be woken up at 5am by all of the lights turning on and that they must have drug testing weekly lol.

We're not all weird here!!

Edit: LOL, that's the one! It's been reworded a bit though. Everyone here where I work (Property Management Company) had a good laugh at that when it was posted in our break room).
