So last night I was walking around Jeuno with nothing to do and my flag up. I see in a shout that a taru named Ircel (BLM) is searching for members to do all three of the initial promys. So I say I can come as war/nin, and I get in. After about 40 or so minutes, we finally get a SMN. The setup was like this:
Myself (WAR/NIN)
Ircel (BLM/WHM)
Arezeal (WAR/NIN)
Ariadne (DRG/WAR) (Yes, DRG in promy)
Argilus (SMN)
Moebeus (WHM)
We actually went through with 12 people, but I can't remember the names of the other party, sorry.
First, we started easy with Dem. Breezed through it, nothing to report.
After that, we discussed what to do next. Eventually we settled on Mea, my last promy before Lufaise Meadows. A couple members had to go back to Jeuno. Argilus changed to NIN.
Get to Mea, and tread carefully to the 3rd floor. Moebeus had to go get his family some food, so he was gone for 15 minutes. Two members of the other party died, so we had to wait for them. Some other shit I forget that we had to wait for, ended up being about 30 minutes. We spammed /random for about 30 seconds at one point out of sheer boredom. And this was right next to an MR. Kill the MR after what seemed like forever, it's a dud. Fight another one, DUD. Third time's the charm, and we're on the last floor.
Barely make it to the Spire, rest up, do /random to see which group goes first, and they win (Ircel rolled like 20 to the other person's 500-something). First group wipes like hell, but they had it down to about a tick of hp. Some stupid blaming crap goes on, and we prepare to go in.
My hands are shaking at this point, partly because it was almost 4 in the morning. Ircel tries to paralyze it, then Arez and I engage it. I had forgotten that this thing hits like a motherfucker, and the AOE is a bitch. He used it about 2 or 3 times, we lost count. We're popping animas like hell, making it run around in friggin circles. We're kicking some ass, Arez and I two-hour, it's down to like 5%, and BOOM, down I go. But before I fell, they killed it!
So here I am in a cutscene with 0 hp lol. I then end up in Lufaise Meadows flat on my back, with Arez over me healing. I ask Arez to call for a raise, and he obliges. After a minute or two, who comes around but ISHIE!
She had been farming on her BST/WHM.
I get my Raise, and Ish escorts Arez and I to the Tavnazian Safehold, with help from her Mite familiar thing.
So all in all, a crazy night with a good ending. I'm not sure what happened to that other promy run. I thanked Ircel for the opportunity, searched around Tavnazia for 10 minutes, didn't find an MH, and logged.

Edit: btw, is anyone else having problems with their Vanaguide monitors? I can't log in.
