promyvion mea and nubs

so... we went to do prom mea last week. i was with my usual promyvion PT while we picked up a PT full of unassuming nubs. some have never been to promyvion, some griped about spending their life savings of 50k on potions. they had a war/mnk and a mnk/war...
all i can say is mass chaos ensued. mostly arising from a blm named evilwhynot who AFK practically the whole time. he AFK one time, got lost and another alliance ended up having to save him out of the kindness of their hearts.
we finally make it up to the last floor with my PT and the other PT. the goal is in sight towards the south. only way is to run through and train mobs. everyone yells "run south, run south to zone" and our PT makes it. half of the other PT is running around with another alliance and ends up dead (along with half of the other alliance). bitching ensues "we couldn't find you" or "we got lost" or "we didn't hear you say to run south".
they are stuck on the other side of the line of mobs and would have been quite a task to go raise them. for some unbeknownst reason, my PT kicks theirs off the alliance, and we go do our BC. sad to say, they were our fodder to reach the BC. i don't condone the type of behavior our leader did, but for you people who go, better be prepared and behave yourselves.

I'm so sorry you did a Promyvion Party with Evilwhynot...

I had the "Privillage" of doing a Promyvion Holla party with him a while after CoP first came out...

Utter Chaos indeed.......

People died... People got left behind... we got to the fourth floor...

Everyone was saying "We should go back to get them". I kept saying we should go back. I was in Evil's party and 2 of the dead people who got left behind were from our PT.

Evil's attitude was pretty much like "Fuck it, I don't care"... Same goes for the other PT leaders...

They didn't even care...

So I said "Fuck it" and I used a Scroll Of Insta-Warp and got outta there... Wasting my time.

Other people in the alliance started getting mad that we wouldn't go back to retrieve the others as well...

Until one of them purposely kept training mobs to the alliance...

Everyone scattered like roaches with the lights comming on, trying to get to safety... But every direction they ran, they were only greeted by more Emptiness.

And in less than 3 minutes, the entire alliance was obliterated.

Yeah I was one of the two who died that sp,e people didn't want to go back for.....still haven't even attempted to do any of them maybe someday...... :?

Sole reason why I haven't gone into a full pickup group Promivon and I remain without any promivon done yet. I am working hard for my ranger, with gear and Wood work crafting. I am trying to organise a time for our turn to do with the promivon itself with just 1 PT. Yes I know 1 pt is hard, but it is less organization needed and also it is possible with effort ( I think ). Should this doesn't work we will try organizing with 2 pts which is the usuall adequate alliance size.

These missions needs alot of organization and people should listen to those who has experience, or has some sort of information. Doing what ever you want in these tours will lead you to trouble, not only you but to all the members in the alliance. Many people just don't realise this for some reason -_-

i'm actually not sure that 1 PT can kill the 3rd floor memory recepticle or not. and.. accidental aggroing can wipe out 1 PT easy.
OTOH, you can always follow some other alliance all the way to the BC.

oh but kiru was alliance leader.
and i'm sure dar told you what happened in promyvion-dem yesterday. some fool named zanaga practically aggroed everything. the last time he aggroed something we let him die. he then warps out after the obligatory swear words leaving us with 11 people. we convince the other PT (with 5) to join us in getting to the BC (since we were on 4th floor when zanaga warped out). they aggreed saying they want to find the way there. we get to the BC and lo and behold, one of our members without warning drops to join the other PT. we're told because a member of that PT is a LS-mate and it's fine to screw our PT since their party got screwed. something about passing along the karma. the name is eclaire for those keeping track. we eventually convince a member of the other PT to come over and we win with our 6. obviously their 5 fails.

Thank goodness I'm done with the first 3 promyvions. I learned all my lessons in there the hard way, and most of those lessons involved subject named Mage, and many many others. I dont Blist people often, but those missions seemed to bring out the idiot in seemingly nice people... I think its some big joke over at SE, they sit there and watch us tear ourselves apart and laugh lol... wtf
