Just wanted to once again say thank you to Celvantes. He ran the Ohat/Rostrum/Galliard Event here, and did a damn fine job.
During the three times we met to do things he had to deal with...
-People signing up but deciding it'd be cool to no show (many multiple times).
-People signing up and leaving early for other events.
-People signing up and leaving early after getting their items.
-People feeling the need to criticize/question every strategy we had.
-People causing huge unnecessary drama mid-event.
-People feeling the need to warp out mid event.
-People not listening to orders (sometimes multiple times)
-People whining and bickering over anything they could think of.
-More, but too lazy to go on, you get the idea.
That being said, it was some fun events, I enjoyed them, and listing all the things you had to deal with makes it sound like it wasn't a good time. Perhaps not all enjoyed it, but I did. It was fun, and for the most part was filled with a positive atmosphere when the drama peeps left. It was handled as best as one could hope with all the issues that come up during public runs. I appreciate the time and effort you put into organizing and leading it, I know it was stressful, but you handled it better than 99% of the QCDN hosted events I've seen.
I only wish we could of successfully got more people their trousers on the final run, kind of anticlimatic way to end, seems I was only one of the two who voted to keep going >_< But alas, can't win them all. It was a pleasure, and just wanted to take the time to give huge props to the man who lead it.
Thanks again Celvantes, and also to everyone who came to help, you all have my respect for a job well done. I had fun, hope you all did too.
Cheers~
