PS2 HDD help

[Tyrath]

So I recently changed my PS2. Sony is stupid and I have to reconfigure my HDD to the new PS2. I called them and was told that I have to use the HDD utility disc that came with FFXI to do this...

Now the problem is, The 2 discs that came with FFXI were the FFXI disc and the POL + Tetra Master disc. I cant see anything in either that would help me reconfigure my HDD.

So my question, how do I go about reconfiguring my HDD to the new PS2? Am I missing a disc, or am I supposed to do something with 1 of those discs. Help please!

There's another disc that should have come in the box with the HDD, it was in a paper envelope I believe. I'm missing it as well, but I need it to recover my HDD. ><

If I remember correctly, There's a HDD checking/repair tool, a wipe tool, and something else that installs the browser required to recognise and open PlayOnline. The third is what I need to do, since my PS2's browser reverted back to a really old one and it won't even recognise my HDD, though it will in another PS2, just not startup PoL.
