For myself:

I'm going to be getting a G25 Racing wheel at some point.
I'm going to be getting the GunCon 3 gun.
I'm going to get at least 1 rock band instrument: Thinking... drums.
I'm going to pick up the Playstation eye camera thing, assuming it's reasonably priced.
I'm going to pick up the Splitfish Frag FX when the bluetooth version comes out.
Also going to get a bluetooth mouse and keyboard for Home and Unreal Tournament 3.

Holy shit a lot of accessories I need to get. Might even get a 4th controller when rumble comes out. That's probably like enough to buy a 2nd PS3 when you add it up.

Probably just the Eye thing.

The Eye piece is packaged in with Eye of Judgment so I'll end up getting that.
I'll also grab a second controller once the rumble is back.
That's it I think.

Bluetooth mouse/keyboard
Warhawk with the included Bluetooth headset
Playstation Eye (if reasonable)
