dose anyone know where and what entrance (and what lvl cap ; i can find Cryptonberry Plaguer 's?

[Skaw]

Tower closest to Ranguemont.

Easiest place to farm Tonberries for that stone is at the tower Skaw mentioned, near the entrance to the tower. And that's one of the uncapped towers, so no worries there.

Side note - while killing Cryptonberries will build up tonberry hate, Cryptonberries themselves do not use Everyone's Grudge, so you won't have to worry about the hate *while farming*, but you should probably go reset it afterwards. (They use everything else though, including Throat Stab.)

According to the wiki, Cryptonberries don't appear to contribute to tonberry hate. (Sort of how like the fomors in TAU areas don't contribute to Fomor hate.)

[Skaw]

Huh. Maybe they changed that. But I do know that when I went and farmed for hours and hours and hours to get a pair of Ordrynites there way back (for me and a friend) and then we went to Uggalepih to reset hate ... well, he got aggro by the hate reset spot, and we decided to kill it off.

It used Everyone's Grudge.

He kinda got one-shotted.

But maybe they've changed it since.
