The few Pups that I've seen are actually quite evasive with an evasion setup when it comes to Ballista, and their Automaton's flash stacked ontop of that just adds to the constant whiff fest. So... I tend to stray away from them, unless confronted by one for a 1v1.
As for targets I would have to say..
For official matches(which don't happen quite as often as they used to 2 years ago)
60 cap:
1. Idiots that run into a group of your teammates thinking they can take on the world.
2. Strictly speaking about actually targeting someone; Anything without shadows would be my first priority(which is usually anyone's when it comes to 60 cap, since it's basically /nin or gtfo)
3. People in low hp
4. Job wise: Dark Knights / Samurai / Dragoon / Paladin(for tp) / Rangers(Also fun to one shot) / Monk
5. Job wise: Black Mages - Preferably Taru so you can easily one-shot them, either way they won't be lasting long unless they catch you with a sleepga, cast gravity on you, and run away. In which case you'll most likely be taking it up the ass by 10+ people very shortly. It will be a very unpleasant, very unenjoyable experience.
6. Anything else that's squishy and/or fun to kill, last on my list would be Rdm since they're just plain boring to 1v1, their ice spikes are always a pain in the ass, and in an official match they will usually just diaga/gravity you and leave you to the hungry melee.
