Blogs:
We will try to establish a guideline set to put somewhere as soon as possible. Until then it is being played by ear. This is really just to let you know, we are now taking action against blogs where action is needed. All blog posts surrounding the recent controversy are great examples of what not to do. If you are aware of parties involved and posts, great -- don't post like that and you'll be fine. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you're probably not going to post anything mods will care about. If you do, we'll be nice about modding it the first time.
RE: Bladewind:
Posting content for banned users is completely disallowed. It was my prerogative that relatively extreme staff shortcomings, including myself, contributed to the situation. Bladewind was given a reprieve unlikely to be seen again for any user that posts content for banned members (only because it is associated to the blog shortcomings).
Site Upgrade to 3.8:
Buried at the very bottom since most people see the beginning and end of posts. Expect this in the coming days. With it you will see expanded support for social groups if all goes well. This means linkshell boards will truly be boards and not social walls... we hope.
