The game is installed I am just waiting for internet to be hooked up at the new place and I am settled in before starting my 30 free days.

i'm on scourge (PvP) it's a pretty good server and i have some level 40 friends who can help me out. I have a level 1 charecter named Wolfskymoon there, but my main is different. Go ahead and message me the name of the charecter you will be playing as.
If you are new to the game, i can give u pointers and directions on alot of stuff. Not to mention we will have a solid guild soon. As much as FFXI was fun playing, to be honest it's really outdated now and the system of leveling and HNMs is very stupid. They need to make a new one.

Sorry :P My Vanguard guild, Blades of Wrath, decided to move to Conan and jumped on the Wiccana server so naturally I wanted to play with them. I'll be sticking with Wiccana (i'm 26 on the new server now). We are going to be playing as the guild "Attrition" but are currently named "Shortbus Allstars" because we weren't aware that once you change your guildname, you can't change it back for 7 days><

Anyone who rolled Omm because I originally posted it as a QCDN server- my bad. Those looking for a new server and want help can roll on Wiccana and shoot me a tell with any questions/help requests. I'm playing as Anaeran there as well.

Fun is the best way to describe it. The game is still lacking some polish in a few areas, but offers a surprisingly entertaining mix of old and new MMO qualities that has me playing just about every day.

If you liked WoW, EQ or DoAC I would pick this one up and give it a try. I personally think it has the potential to draw a good chunk of the WoW crowd away if Funcom continues to polish and improve it.

I'll probably give it a try when they do a free trial. Don't really want to fork out for a new game just to give it a go :).
