I know this has been discussed before, and this should go into the linkshell section but people generally read this more. In the previous attempts at this i never think it got off the ground and i think it would be fun to have a ls that has qcdn members in it. Maybe we could have some events and be a social shell. idk who would be the leader of it but not me i cant play super often because of school and homework..

It seems like a good idea to me, and lots of fun :D
 
Yeah, sounds cool, but only problem is that there's too many people on qcdn from ffxi so it might not be that easy to really get them all to come into that one shell.. but it doesn't hurt to try I suppose if you get a leader who is motivated to gather people together to sack them and stuff, and the people are willing to stay around or even check up on this linkshell.
 
isn't there a max of people per shell? like 60 or 100. Not sure. I wouldn't wear it. QCDN is like the drama club of Quetzalcoatl..

This LS exists already and I'm part of it. The trick is, it's invite onry.
 
PROTIP: QCDN isn't all that great of a collaborate message board. The information is already out there and they have myspace groups for all the scene action you kids love so much.
 
yeah i thought a shell was made. but i didnt know it still existed cause i've never seen anyone with the pearl on.

maybe its one of those urban legends..........

I've always wondered what the limit is but it's much higher than 100. Dynamis linkshells have hundreds of pearls handed out. I tried finding the number one day through google and came up empty handed.
 
I think it's an infinite amount of pearls can be made but only so many people are allowed in the ls at one time. Not sure if I'm right on that.

yep, Theflock tested that one time when a leader DC'd and came back saying he couldn't get on the shell for the kirin fight we were at, lol!

He said he got some message about that the linkshell is congested, try again another time and it unequipped his shell.

We checked the list, 64 is max. Its pretty sad when the shellholder can't even get on his own linkshell! Was a good laugh on our boards for a while. But sense school started for a lot of people, we rarely break 55+ and knowing that we have about 100+ members out there with a pearl though.

If QCDN is just a crappy drama club message board with no information, why do you even visit this site?
 
I remember an ancient qcdn linkshell. Forget the name, I think I got my pearl for it from Sabia. I kept it with me for about a week and saw maybe 2 people in it ever so I tossed it.
 
I think too many people would have their panties in a knot and spewing their emo crap into the linkshell.
 
Is it possible to get reputation+ for trolling the linkshell and contributing nothing? If so, then I've now brought my purpose from here to there. ^^ Yay
