Question about the flameboard

Good question, but I always thought it was so the board stayed honest and candid. A lot of people would prolly say something and then think about it afterwards and say omg I can't say that or omg I'm gonna get ripped apart for saying that. In other words, makes for better reading lol. That's just my thoughts on it tho...
