How do I get that item that's a ranged that looks like a tree sapling that gives +2 str? I was told to pop a ??? on your rse day? Is that true?
 
rse sechets.... for chrissakes look it up on alla or somepage.... Only elvaan get the str+2 one..
 
Essentially, during your RSE week in your RSE area there will be a ??? that moves between 3-4 points. Click on the ??? to spawn a mob, and kill the mob for a chance of your sachet. Seems to be about a 20% drop, and the ??? will then respawn in about the same time as a Treasure Chest would.

When it's your race/gender's RSE week from the Lower Jeuno Goblin Tailor, you click a ??? in the zone that your RSE chest is in. There are 3 spawn points for each of the zones, and it randomly changes between them. Clicking the ??? spawns a low level mob, which has maybe a 20% chance of dropping the appropriate sachet. The ??? will repop at one of the 3 locations 15 minutes after the mob is defeated.

Maze is nice, Gusgen is ok, Ordelles sucks. In maze you can run between the 3 spawn points in a minute or so, making it easy to keep tabs on ToD if you have competition. Gusgen is great if you have 1-2 people competing with you and you konw the area, I kept the ToD a secret from my competition for over an hour before finally gettting my taru sachet there. Ordelles takes over 5 minutes to see all three, don't do this one unless you're there with a group, it's not worth it.
 
lol i was 1/9 *with* Th2... i think the point is to have a low drop rate =\ frustrating nonetheless
