Question for the married/engaged couples out there

This is my problem too. I'd like to do something elaborate, but just don't have the money. So it'll probably be something simple. Now I just need to get this engagement ring that's been in my family for generations re-set....

I never condone marriage myself but goodluck with this. A prenup isnt a bad Idea either..

I'm a little late on this, but my husband proposed to me while on a walk in my favorite park. It was quiet and romantic. I cried and asked if he was serious, lol.

If its really akward for you, you could just get her pregnant. Then it's sort of like "Well... umm.. I guess we kinda have to, huh?"

Once you have the ring, think of something that she likes or really enjoys. Maybe you can include the proposal somehow in it?
 
Since the trip to Paris is out, due to our mutual Frenchie friend copping out on us, I'm probably going to use a kitten. Tie the ring around the neck, then send it in to do the work for me.

Did anyone hear the story on the news a few days ago about the guy who put an engagement ring in a balloon, and when he left the store it flew off. He trailed it in his car for a while but never recovered the ring from my understanding.

My first thoughts were "Lucki, oh fuck".

Don't try that one.
