Alright, I have no idea where to ask this, or who to talk to, or anything like that, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction...
The main LS that I'm in, ShizukaKinen, is wondering if we could possibly have a forum made here on QCDN for our LS. The main things I want to know are:
-Who do I talk to?
-What are the requirements?
-How do we invite people to that forum, if we get one?
Thanks for your help.
