Question: Why is Kirin so Stingy

Personaly i dont know what the deal is with Kirin and what effects his drops.. But it seems there is something weird...

I do Sky with Rawr and When ever we do Kirin it seems we always get a D body.. and ussually nothing else of any signifigance..


I have heard other shells that lots W legs, N bodies and get vertually no D bodys...

i mean is there reson why certian items never drop for certian shells? Is it the person poping? is it the number of TH3 or TH4s within the shell?

im confused about it and i bugs the hell out of me that W legs is such a rare drop for Rawr when other shells get 2 W legs in one drop.. In no way am i upset at anyone but the game..... But damn i wish i could figure out what makes wrymal Legs and N Body drop so we could accually clear out our lists for those items (me getting my W. Leggs included)
 
i read that if you have a THF/DRK with th4 pop kirin while facing SW on earthsday between 10:00 and 15:00, and then have the same thf get the killshot by TA'ing the brd whos singing Puppet's Operetta. Then you'll get almost full drops.

Its true. i read it on alla.


(sarcasm aside, its all random. same thing happens to us in lolDynamis. we just tend to get more drops of one job than another. lolwarmasksinWindy)
 
It's just luck. In NH, we got 6 W legs on our first 4 kirin's; then none for months. The same goes for pretty much everything, I've noticed some dynamis linkshell's more commonly get certain relics than others.
 
We do have shitty luck in Rawr. Generally 1/20 on w.legs, but i've grown to accept that fact :D
 
Maybe it's your loot seeding. Change the leader of the raid each time you enter the instance.
 
Wait till you start killing Nidhoggs and only get N.Legs :P
 
I think we need to start sacrificing more Tarus in order to get Kirin to give up the goods...

Kirin is angry and vengeful because he's a silly manticore and not a pretty, pretty unicorn.

Seriously. The sky gods are from Chinese mythology and Kirin is really a unicorn. Like everyone else said, his drops are just luck. Sometimes you get poop in a boot, sometimes you get d bodies, sometimes you get double w legs.

... the shit you research lmao. props celv. you better get like 5-6 packs of it and well see how many times you get eaten. ya we have shitty luck as of late but nothing to post about claud =p tides will turn soon enough as the kirins proceeding the last 3-4 have been really good :D. besides Fury went like 8 months or something without w legs lol they deserve getting 2 :)

Actually, a Kirin (or Qilin) in Chinese mythology is not an unicorn equivalent. Though I think perhaps the Kirin depicted on the Kirin beer makes it look a tad like an unicorn.

Oh, now I remember why we're not getting drops - Kirin isn't getting his requisite Nikoloi deaths. Wasn't that the rule? Nbody drops if Nik dies?

spot in Annapolis called GLOW, used to stock these. Its tasty, nothing special, goin on a faded memory, but i'd compare it to becks light... :tup:

Sheesh Celv wth are you thinking?? Everyone knows that Nik's multiple deaths = Osode. Although killing Nik helps drops and wins in all things I suppose so it may help your N Body drops as well. :wink:

I found if we killed him enough in CoP it usually got us the win too. :biggrin:
 
If you want full drops I wouldn't go for the Kirin Light, get some full-bodied Kirin!
