Do you have to pay the full months payment if you start back up towards the middle or end of the month? Example, if I start my account back up on the 18th or later in on the month, do I have to pay the full $13?

I had a friend that re-activated his account a mere 5 days before the month ended, he ended up having to pay for the full month eventhough he only played for 5 days. So i'd just wait until a new month starts up before you activate an account - it'll save you money!
