WTF?!?!? When I first started playing, I learned all the base limitations and responsibilities of my job in Valkrum Dunes, then went on and learned to expand my abilities and make myself a somewhat useful player. It used to be, you suffered through the Dunes, and went to Qufim where people started doing shit the right way.

Since I retired Vondoom and started taking my Manthra mule through the ranks, I've been sickened by what I see in Qufim these days. RDM's pulling! Worse off, people accepting this wholeheartedly! I had a PLD the other day who didn't cure himself one single time. Rather, he saved his MP for the occasional use of Banish! WTF?!?!?!

People building partys to the tune of WAR, WAR, DRK, THF, THF, WHM, and then posturing and coppin attitude because the WHM can't cure all six people. That shit right there is a direct result of everyone PL'ing their way through Dunes. Yay!!! We have a WHM, let's go fight Bune! The DRK dosen't even say anything about the setup! I'd expect a little more out of someone who touts an "Advanced Job." (BTW that setup was an actual one I suffered for a very short time just yesterday.)

Who is the puller? Who's tanking? Got a 25 WAR (While there's 22's in the party) Find me a Raise. (Fuck you, HP and eat it jackoffs) I don't have a map. When I level, I have to leave.(always fun) BRB I need food/drinks/piss, back, brb. I'll brb, I need to go get signet. The list of shit I've heard today alone is enough to make me want to gouge out my goddam eyes!

Don't even get me started on the job combo's. WAR/DRG, RDM/WAR, WHM/WAR, you know the ones, we've all seen them. I implore all of my fellow QCDN'ers, I beg of you, grab up a n00b and teach them. Just one n00b per LS, we can all manage that. This lunacy must end. 24-25 levels of pure unadulterated shit is just too much to deal with.

It's disgusting the amount of idiots who have always played this game, but in the last 3 months it has gotten 10 x worse. You have to get to damn near 60 before you can be assured at least a half ass party anymore dude.
 
I feel yah, man. I was seeking with my 42 WHM the other day, and when the PT filled up it was WHM, WAR, WAR, DRG, DRG, MNK.......... they were all ready to head to Crawlers Nest like that, until i just typed 1 thing in tell, "Um.... Good Bye"........ and when the leader asked why i left, i told him straight up, so it doesnt end at Qufim, really the only way i found to get a 1/2 way decent PT at those lvls is to make em Yourself.


FYI: u can leave Qufim Island and kill mandies in Yuhtunga Jungle for some nice XP on 23, if u have a a proper setup.
 
Galkaking! Prime example. 23/24 MNK (Idr for sure) who stands idly by letting me get shitbeat by a pugil while everyone is screaming "Voke!" at him. After I die and HP, I hear, "Oh, I forgot to capatilize the P in my macro." Yet, a few minutes later, a 60ish RDM comes by and bails us out of a jam, Galkaking knew exactally how to handle having a PL near. Tossin out instructions, "Don't voke it off the PL'er." "Leave it on the PL'er" Go figure, dosen't know how to make a Macro that is in the instruction guide, but damn sure knows how to have someone do the work for him.

Not to mention him MT'ing into pty, "w~" "ww~" Dipshit is as english as I am. This guys dad shoulda put that shit on his mommas titties. He's a waste of sperm.
 
I agree... so much... today have been an awfull day.

First, I join a party. leader have to go 10 min later. I get leader, have to replace. our THF says "sorry, I have to go when I lvl"... I have to go when *I* lvl, wtf?!

Next person who leaves, leaves right after he lvl. Didn't even say anything, just disbanded and waved at his replacement. underlvled sub. Same thing went on for 4 hours so. I hate Qufim, let me tell you <.<;
 
Seriously. Newbies need to learn that homepointing in coming back will cause you to INSTANTLY start exping again, as opposed to waiting 5 minutes on weakness. Valkurm doesn't need raises, set your homepoint in Selbina. Qufim, if it's under a nations control, also doesn't need raise. Set your homepoint at the flag guard, conveniently located OUTSIDE OF THE TUNNEL, or at the "outpost" outfront of Delkfutt's Tower.

i was in a prty and i died 6 times, who cares? u can easily just spend a few more hrs lvling and get all the lost exp

quit ur cry babying and get on with life

newbs who take this game too seriously rnt worth the time of day to prty with

One of the dumbest things I've ever read I must say. Why should I have patience for something that can be helped? Plvling isn't evil I agree but it doesn't help someone learn their job. Immature? lol your an idiot. As for getting the exp back. You obviously haven't leveled a job lately. Come back when you see the problems with new players getting passed 40. You'll take all that "death doesn't matter,few more hours leveling" crap back.
 
howd u neu? i ahvent lvled my main job in 2 weeks, however i did lvl with a lvl 45 pld once, complete newbie, but it was okie i taught him how to play it was fun, we obviously are at a disaggreement so all well....w/e

and beleive me hehe ive died many times, who cares? just a game, SERIOUSLY, and i dont make much sense cuz i prefer not to...that being said u can either choose to like what i have to say or dislike, i dont care, im jsut putting in my two cents

Obviously you do care what I have to say as you have come here and attempted to counter-point me, though you have made no valid points.

Morons like you make me sick. Sure, I can easily party and get my exp back, but why should that be needed? It's not like it's a hard game. Press button, wait, repeat. Maybe I'll run out and die six times, then laugh about it with you, and we can both celebrate medicroity together.

If I were merely "Crybabying" as you put it, I would just come on here and say, "OMG Quf is t3h sux00rz!" I didn't do that. I suggested that maybe fellow QCDN'ers get themselves a noob, and teach him/her. All you have done is come on with a nonsensical rant, and admitted that rather than teach people, you simply cure them for fun, and propigate the species of morons that, as I said in the OP, have infested Qufim Island.

Run along little boy. You sound like the kind of person who celebrates everybody on the Little Leauge team getting a trophy just for showing up.

I agree with you there Vondoom, it's getting ridiculous. In the last week or so i've been leveling my Warrior (Lv.44) and i've seen too many noobs at that level and retarded party setups.

Anyone that's asked me to party will always get the response "What party members do you have?" -It's probably pissed you off, but i refuse to join crap setups. Still can't avoid meeting some idiot that still doesn't know his job by that level though. ;_;

Anyway, it's partly due to crap like this i've said goodbye to XP'n and are now focusing on leveling Leathercraft and making Gil. (zOmfgwtfbbq!!! I shouldn't be playing this game if i don't XP) ;)
 
Futalis. Wow. You truely do make make me laugh. Please do not post here anymore. You aren't educated enough. "Just a game" lol you are 2D. You are probably one of these people who leaves parties when you level. As for death, I care. On this game you accomplish things. I don't want to waste my time with idiots. Not caring, bullshit. If you didn't care you wouldn't post. Go to school fool.
 
"I have to go when I lvl"... every time I'm leader and someone says this, they get booted automatically. I never had a PL when I was at that lvl on my BLM, but now whenever I lvl something for shits and giggles, we ALWAYs have a PL. I'd rather have a good pt that knows what their doign than a PL any day.

Im not posting to pick on any one person, i have done my share of PL'ing being a RDM i find its good to skillup my healing magic and enhancing magic.
But if the party has a single clue as to how to handle the mob then i shouldnt get that much hate from a few cure2/3's. Now as far as what people do at -50
its just disgusting.

you will give a fuck. For one, building that elite party that has a clue how to do their job then finding a place that isnt packed with parties could take hours sometimes, I have had many, many, MANY all nighters when i get that good party because as some of us know when you get 5k an hour.. who the fuck wants to give that up??? NOT ME!!!
And @20000tnl you best be prepared to sit for 4 solid hours in that party just to get somewhere.
My suggestion to all is if you gonna PL at least coach the party if they are clueless and if they got the wrong subjobs why the fuck would you help them out anyway? Let them rot/figure-it-out/quit but i for one will not and choose to build my own party instead.
 
Ive had my share of Crawlers Nest parties that expect me, the monk, to be the tank. They do it so naturally that sometimes I think my profile must say Paladin. It's a terrible sinking feeling when you have to choose between a few Gaurd skill-ups or experience points but a Guard skill-up is few and far-between so I usually bite my tongue. The thing that urkes me most however is when some of the party members ask what your problem is, and why you take so much damage per hit. I've even had a person go so far as to tell me I'm a terrible monk because I can't tank. I may be as big of a noob as the rest of the people for sticking with these parties but damn... just damn....

man i had a whm the other day in CN at 44 and the bitch didnt know wtf he was doin. i swear every time he pted he must have had a pl because he seemed like he never cured once in his 44 whm experience. First thing he does after the first fight is accidentally hit 2hr.
OK, why do you have that in a macro? i let it slide...
then two fights later tank is missing 350 hp and thf is missing like 150. what does he do? DSEAL CURAGA II! on top of that he doesnt use regen and he casts banish AND banish II. says its good and he wants skillup. I told him what he was doing wrong but he wouldnt take advice. wtf.

frist off the why you see alot of these double theif or mix match party because alot of the time there just nothing out there. me personally i dont plvl that often (though it is the best way to get healing magic capped) which sadly only thing i dont have capped on my rdm because i dont lvl it.

As for the rdm pulling and the rdm/war
(ive never done rdm/war) but at early lvl it can be done sadly ive seen a cupple higher up rdm try this big mistake.
rdm pulling i can see this ive have pull on a few occasion (very few) but there are some party setup where you have little choice.

whm/war my guess this guy who has a war main and just does not want to lvl blm for sub (this is just plain lazy)

though i dont know why you get so pissed about this there a little button called disband. this button is used to leave group you dont like. the question of you getting anouther invite would be pretty good because 9 time out of 10 the reason you got that type of party is because there was not many people looking so soon or later someone has to leave.

as for the commit when i level i have to leave
i dont like this line either because you really cant find a replacement till he lvls but must the people that say this either a) have a replacement waiting to replace them or b) will stay till replacement is found

so next time they say this tell them to find replacement then no time is really lost
